My design approach
As a designer, I am on a mission to build digital experiences that are both straightforward and enjoyable to use. I believe that a deep focus on usability and empathy, not just aesthetics, is what drives a great product.
I've honed my skills in using rapid research and robust design systems to bring clarity to chaos, creating solutions that just make sense to the user.
My portfolio is a window into my process, showing how I tackle complex problems and deliver results that people love.

Led the user research and UX design for a website redesign for Nido Living, a student accommodation provider. I delivered 70 unmoderated usability tests across two markets, mapping the customer journey to identify pain points. I used these insights to design new information architecture and booking flow, creating 35 wireframes. The redesigned site resulted in a 62% increase in impressions and a 44% increase in clicks.

The new design led to a 352% increase in survey participation and a 50% faster turnaround for insight reporting.
